NEW FEATURES The new gallery template is gaining popularity. This template allows the viewer to see all of your art in a thumbnail view.  Please go to your galleries and try the new template. All's that it takes is a click.

ARTISTS VOICES / ONLINE LESSONS We are still needing artists of all styles to create a Artists Voice or Online Lesson. We understand that there are many that may not have the tools, but for those of you that do please give it a try. We can help with editing and effects if need. This is not as difficult as it seems. If you would like to submit a online lesson the production should be no more than 8 minutes in length. This is a great way to teach your concepts and to let the world know you are out there. The online lessons we have at this time, have been very helpful and rewarding to the teachers we have offered on the site. Become a teacher, it will always be in our archives, this will allow you to keep your lesson in circulation for years to come. Think of it as a referral service on the cyber highway. If you have an idea for an Artist’s voice and would like to produce one, please submit a question and the final cut to us. Artists Voices will be reviewed in order received and will be posted on the site. The final cut must be 2 minutes or less in length. A internet location for data transfer will be provided for A/V and OLL. Contact us if you are interested

LINK CAMPAIGN The participation in the link campaign is growing very well. There have been some problems with some of the links that are banned on search engines. Any link banned on the search engines will have to be removed for the benefit of the members. SAG will not sacrifice internet placement for any url that has been banned. If your link is removed it is because your url has been banned by one or more of the search engines.

LOGO COMPETITION The entries for the logo contest continue to grow and we have many worth considering. Thank you. Please continue to submit your entries.

SAG ADMIN NEWS All features promised are still being developed, plus there's more. Keep the faith. **Please take the time to utilize your search strings when posting new art. You also can access these strings in your gallery admin by placing word combinations; i.e - oil paintings for sale, oil paintings, buy art, art for sale, photographer for hire, musician for hire, etc. Any word combinations that you feel people will search from within major search engines. You can add these words into your search strings thus creating more traffic to your gallery. This is a very important feature that a lot of members are not utilizing. It only takes a few minutes, add them in, then click update and your done. Gust Notes We had a great time at the NAMM convention in Los Angeles and shot some wonderful footage of new musical inventions and performers. There are exposés and sounds for you to hear. Each year NAMM brings together over 6,000 exhibitors from all over the world. The convention is packed with four days of networking and performing from 9am until 11pm daily. SAG will be attending more of these conventions, those which promote art of any genre. Please bring any such conventions or fairs to our attention. Remember the more search strings you include in your personal galleries the more traffic your gallery will have. SAG offers this feature to support the idea of networking in cyberspace. The search string feature allows you to enter key words, which will bring more internet users to your personal gallery. Similarly, as a group all of us benefit from this idea. You should include venues, galleries and other performance spaces which you are involved with. Include names of persons you have collaborated with, especially those who have an internet track record. Include companies you have been affiliated with,  etc.  The idea is to provide as much info about you as possible, it will result in your gallery being found on more search engines. Our growth has been inspiring, as the new year begins new members have been signing up daily. SAG is becoming a point of destination for artist's and art lovers throughout the world. Please spread the word. Propagation is not exclusive to organized religion. The world needs more of the positive and inspiring thoughts and images or sounds which you create. NEW FEATURES The new e-commerce feature in the galleries has become very popular and the members that are utilizing this feature are reaping the rewards. The XML news feeds are picking up speed and are being picked up daily by joining affiliates. Keep your events and galleries up to date, our viewers are increasing daily. We added a notes feature in your gallery. You can now post notes about each piece, which will give the viewer a better understanding of you and your art.

COMING SOON We are still working on the classifieds and will update you with our progress as we get closer to getting it completed. The Artists Reviews are also still in the works and we are working towards providing you with this feature soon. We are also working on a help index and hope to have it completed by the end of January.
